At Lussu Collections, we strive to deliver high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our print-on-demand (POD) business, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@lussucollections.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Proof: Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (e.g., damage, wrong item).
  3. Resolution: Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

As all items are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect device model ordered

We encourage you to double-check your order details, including device model compatibility, before completing your purchase.
